1. Program Description

Northeast Pro Services LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a licensed painting, restoration, and home improvement contractor serving Buffalo, NY and Western New York. When you provide your phone number through our estimate request form at northeastproservices.com/request-an-estimate, you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) including:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Estimate and proposal notifications
• Project status updates and scheduling
• Follow-up communications about your project
• Review and feedback requests after service completion

2. Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our estimate request page and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Northeast Pro Services LLC at the phone number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not need to agree to receive text messages to obtain an estimate, schedule an appointment, or purchase any service from us.

Your phone number and consent data will not be shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on project activity. Typically, you will receive 1–5 messages per project. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Northeast Pro Services LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

7. Supported Carriers

Messages are delivered via Twilio and are compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
